I had an amazing time walking the trails, sitting on mossy rocks by the creek, watching the stars from the giant deck at night, and listening to the owls’ conversations. Listening to the sound of the stream and the patterning of rain on the skylights was such a sweet way to fall asleep at night and wake up in the morning. The trails around the property are really special. We had the best time walking through the woods and along the creek and playing on the rope swing in the far meadow. We absolutely loved this place and can't wait to come back again.”

“Staying at Sweet Root Hollow was a beautiful experience for me and my sister. Our visit coincided with the native environment showing its peak of summer joy. The panda bees were swarming the wild flowers with their gentle hum. There were some enormous broadleaf plants near the creek which we had never seen. Although it was chilly at night, we both slept with our windows cracked to hear the babbling water. The amenities in the cabin were great! The beds were very comfortable and the linens were yummy. For us, SRH was the perfect setting to think and be quiet—our happiest activities! We hope to return. Thanks for sharing your special place.”
